This notice covers the public Kaya5 website — the logged-out marketing pages and the dosha quiz. Signing in and everything that follows happens inside the Kaya5 app, which is governed by the app privacy policy — that is the one that covers health data, location and your account.
No accounts here
The public site has no sign-up and no login. You can read every page and take the dosha quiz without an account.
The dosha quiz
The answers you give in the quiz are used only to carry your result into the Kaya5 app if you choose to continue. They are not sold or shared for advertising.
Analytics
We use Amplitude to understand aggregate usage and to see which pages and campaigns bring people to the site. This is not used to collect health information. When analytics is not configured, no events are sent.
On your device
Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser, not on a server.
What we don’t do
We don’t give medical advice, sell your data, or run third-party ad tracking on this site.
Deleting your account
The app account is separate from this site. You can delete it, and everything we hold about you, from inside the Kaya5 app — or by request if you no longer have it installed. See deleting your account.
Changes
We’ll update this page and its “last updated” date as our practices are finalised with counsel.
