Two of the most popular Ayurvedic drinks are CCF tea (cumin, coriander, fennel) and golden milk (turmeric milk) — simple, warming, and easy to make at home. They are pleasant everyday beverages, not treatments.
CCF tea
A light tea of equal parts cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds, traditionally sipped to feel settled after meals.
Golden milk
Warm milk (dairy or plant) with turmeric and a pinch of black pepper, often with ginger, cinnamon, or a little honey. Turmeric and its compound curcumin are widely studied.
A note
Culinary spice amounts are generally well tolerated; concentrated turmeric supplements are different — follow professional guidance, especially if you take blood thinners.
