Why does Kaya5 show a "because" with every suggestion?

You may have noticed every recommendation in the app comes with a short "because" — the reason behind it. That's deliberate. Ayurveda is personal, and a suggestion only helps if you understand why it fits *you* today — your constitution, the season, and how you've been feeling. The "because" is our way of never asking you to follow something blindly. If a reason doesn't ring true for you, that's useful feedback too. Educational only — not medical advice.

This is my favourite thing about the app. Understanding the "why" makes it much easier to adapt a suggestion to a busy day rather than just skipping it.
