What is a common eating habit that silently weakens Agni, even when someone eats healthy foods?

Many people focus on eating healthy foods but still experience bloating, sluggish digestion, fatigue, or irregular bowel movements. From an Ayurvedic perspective, what is the habit that quietly weakens Agni (digestive fire), even when the diet itself is nutritious? Is it eating too frequently, overeating, or something else?

I don't think you could point to one single habit alone. The weakening of Agni is influenced by many habits, and more importantly, it's contextual. Depending on the person, it could be eating before the previous meal is digested, eating without hunger, overeating, irregular meal timings, stress, lack of sleep... the list goes on. Likewise, the same food doesn't affect everyone equally. Whether it is well tolerated or becomes a burden depends not just on the food itself, but also on the state of one's Agni.
